Healthcare Business Executive with over 20 years of experience in business development and the clinical support of physician groups and integrated networks. Started and was owner of a Medical Management company which specialized in the growth and development of private physician practices and groups.  Extensive experience in medical practice transformation which has led to the leadership of value-based programs including Accountable Care Organizations, MSSP, Risk Models, management of commercial payer incentive programs and CMS quality improvement models. Key skills include business creation, start-up and development of medical practices, analysis and strategy, leadership and management, marketing, process workflows and improvement, quality improvement management and revenue cycle management.  

Key successes include the development of business models that build relationships between the healthcare provider and the community. These programs include the integration of behavioral healthcare, social services, and other ancillary medical platforms which help to close care gaps.  The concentration on initiatives which offer services and care to the frail and underserved populations has been my business focus. Examples of this are development of early intervention services, such as nutrition education, housing, home care and transportation, all of which are key to improve the quality of life for patients and to sustain healthy communities.
 
The new and continually changing landscape of healthcare has allowed me to use my broad experience to help develop and manage new cultures which focus on building infrastructures for success. My involvement with current innovative programs has assisted to improve healthcare outcomes and educate the community to provide better care and support.
